Se anunciaron hoy las nominaciones a los Independent Spirit Awards 2024 y American fiction, May december y Past lives fueron las más nominadas con cinco menciones. Además, The last of us y Soy virgo, con cuatro, sobresalen entre las series.
En el rubro a mejor película competirán Todos somos extraños, American fiction, May december, Pasajes, Past lives y We grown now.
Por su parte en series hay dos apartados. Uno es sin guión / documental, donde están nominadas Deadlocked: How America shaped the supreme court, Dear mama, Murder in big horn, Stolen youth: Inside the cult at Sarah Lawrence y Wrestlers.
Mientras que en el rubro con guión las nominadas fueron Bronca, Dreaming whilst black, Soy virgo, El jurado y Slip.
Los ganadores se conocerán el 25 de febrero del año próximo con una ceremonia que se desarrollará en la playa de Santa Monica en Los Angeles.
